Day 01 : Arrive in Medan
Arrived in Medan ;
We headed north , passing the city of Binjai .
On the way we visited the plantation of oil palm and rubber .
Arrived in Bukit Lawang in Bohorok .
After checking into our eco lodge to food of orangutans in the Gunung Leuser National Park
Overnight at the Eco Lodge .
Day02 : Jungle tour ( F - M )
We left early in the morning on the day of jungle trekking to Gunung Leuser National Park
We explore the characteristics of a tropical rain forest , the roof canopy is so dense here that virtually no light coming through .
Different types of plants have developed very different techniques to get enough light .
For example , it is growing on a tree trunk tree climbing liana species .

Day03 : Journey to Tangkahan ( F )
After breakfast we left and headed Tangkahan National Park rainforest , part of the Leuser National Park . ( Note : The road is not completely paved , but some types are still a dirt road ) .

After dinner , you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings of forest .

Day04 : Tangkahan - Elephant ( F )
After breakfast at the lodge or take a short walk to the elephant to start with them on a one hour trip along the river and through the tropical forest .
Enjoy the scenery and feel during the journey to the giant gray through the woods very close to the animals .

Day05 : Tangkahan - Berastagi ( F )

Day06 : Berastagi , Parapat - Samosir ( F )
Early in the morning we started the trip to the island of Samosir about Ancient Causeway .
On the way we visited the Batak still Dokan village where we will explore the traditional Karo Batak .
In the afternoon we arrived in Tuk - Tuk Siadong .
Check -in at the hotel for 3 nights Cottagges Tabo .
Day07 : Samosir Island ( F )
After breakfast we take a trip to Samosir and visit include : Toba Batak village Tomok .
It fascinates with its royal tombs , Ambarita with old chairs stone and execution place and Simanindo with the traditional " TOR TOR " dance .
In Pangaruran we visited the sulfur springs .
Last night on the island of Samosir in TaboCottages .
Day08 : Samosir Island - Tele - Sidikalang - Ketambe ( F )
After breakfast we left the island of Samosir ;
Today we take a trip to the province of Aceh .
Today, we remain at Ketambe in Gunung Leuser National Park
On the way we stopped ( Panorama , village ) .
The afternoon we arrived at Cinta Alam Guest House .

Day09 : 2 day tour of forests in Gunung Leuser National Park ( BLD )
After breakfast we begin a fascinating journey through the Gunung Leuser National Park
Here we can explore the rich flora and fauna of the forest , listening to birdsong and with a little luck you can see endangered black gibbons .
Experienced guides will be happy to answer your questions about the flora and fauna as well as the state and the people .
We now live in tents in the woods ( large trunk remains at the guest house and we only take things that are important in a small backpack for the night in the woods ) .
Day 10 : Jungle - Ketambe ( F - M - A )
Today we take a trip through the rainforest .
Good shoes you should have it ( which is not an extreme climb , but there is no flip - flop tour ) . Today we went to Takengon .
On the way we stopped at the Panorama , the village and also in the Lake Tawar .

Day 12 : Takengon - Banda Aceh
After breakfast we went to the provincial capital , " Aceh " .
The trip takes about 6 hours .
Afternoon arrived in Banda Aceh .
The capital of Aceh province in northern Sumatra far .
This town became famous in 2004 when the tsunami disaster and destruction brought here a lot of people lost their lives .
Today presents Banda Aceh ( compared to Medan ) is quiet and pleasant city which had been recovered from the disaster and where you can enjoy a lovely walk and a good cup of local coffee .
Tsunami museum recently built just as impressive as the two ships still stand as a monument in the city center ( for example , a large generator vessel rinsed in about 6 km in the city ) .

Day 13 : Banda Aceh - Pulau Weh ( F )
After breakfast we drive from the ferry port of Banda Aceh quickly in about 40 minutes in the upstream , beautiful island " Pulau Weh " .
The island offers everything needed for recreation : beautiful beaches , hills covered with forest , coral reefs , palm trees and beaches invite you to swim in the warm Indian Ocean .

14 Day 15 : Pulau Weh ( snorkeling , swimming ) ( F )
Day 16 : Pulau Weh - Banda Aceh - Lhok Sumawe ( F )
After breakfast we went to Lhok Sumawe .

Today we drive back to the Trans Sumatra .
On the way we visited the Sultan Mosque in Tanjung Pura .
Arrived in Medan city tour with visits including : Sultan 's Palace , the Great Mosque .
Overnight in Garuda Plaza Hotel .
Day 18 : Medan - Airport ( B )
After breakfast , transfer to the airport in Medan begins .
