Arrival at the airport in Medan.
After the customs formalities transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 02: Medan - Bukit Lawang (B)
After having breakfast at the hotel, we drive to Bukit Lawang through the town Binjai (Rambutans city); Here there is the possibility to taste the fruits Rambutan (Litchi) when harvest time. On the way we visit oil palms and rubber plantations. Arrival in Bukit Lawang in Bohorok; After checking in at the hotel (non star hotel) we visit an Orang-Utan-feeding centre in Mount Leuser National Park.

Day 03 till day 05: Jungle Treeking (B-L-D)
We break early in the morning to a 3 days jungle trekking in the mount Leuser National Park. We discover the specifics of the tropical rainforest, the roofing of trees is so dense that comes very little light through plant species have developed very different techniques to get enough light. So for example, highly growing on the tree trunks Liana are climbing trees.
Overnight at tent (Included Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)Day 06: Mount Leuser Park - Tangkahan (B-D)
After breakfast we break on rainforest towards Tangkahan, a part of the Leuser National Park. Upon arrival in Tangkahan we make an elephantstreek , followed by the elephant washing in the River. Then return to your lodge and simple dinner. After dinner you can enjoy the peaceful environment of the jungle. Accommodation in Tangkahan Remarks: Elephant ride is not available on Monday and Thursday Accommodations in Tangkahan are basic, built with simple materials to keep in harmony with nature. Electricity run by own generator and not available after 22:00 pm. Room is equipped with mosquito net and has own bathroom which comes with shower with cold water (no hot water)
Day 07: Tangkahan (B)

Day 08: Tangkahan (B-L)
Today morning you will start to a trek through the lush rainforest of Tangkahan.
Three different hard hikes are possible depending on your condition.
The first route is 2.2 km long and takes about 2.5 hours.
Wonderful tropical plants grow along the way.
With a little luck, you will see orang-utans and monkeys.
The second route is 2.6 km long. See steep slopes and many giant trees along this route.
You can go fishing at Lubuk Larangan or bathe.
The third route is a 6.8 km long adventure that is intended for tourists holding a good condition.
Cross several hills and slopes and can fully enjoy the rainforest and discover as a bat cave with thousands of bats. The tour ends with a rapid ride on a large rubber hose on the River Batang Serangan.
Day 09: Tangkahan - Medan (B)
Today we travel to Medan.
We make a city tour with visits including in Medan: great Moshe Sultan Palace, Hindu temple and a crocodile farm.
Overnight in the hotel.
Day 10: Medan - Airport (B)
Transfer to the airport in Medan.
